  I can't say enough good things about Grasshopper Heating & Cooling. From the very first service call, to the installation of my new high- efficiency combi boiler unit, the people who work here are second to none. My experience with Grasshopper started when my boiler, which was approaching 50 years of age, stopped running. Nick and Matt stopped by within 24 hours of my initial call and diagnosed the problem to be in the ignition system. They proceeded to give me a thorough itemized repair estimate as well as two replacement option estimates. Long story short, my wife and I opted to replace the nearly 5 decade old system with a new high efficiency combination boiler/hot water heater. While we were waiting for the new boiler to arrive, the Grasshopper team proceeded to order and install a new mercury switch at no cost to us, in hopes that the old boiler would continue to run in the interim until our new boiler arrived. My outstanding experience with Grasshopper continued when I met the boiler installation team; Kevin, Scott, and Tom. All three of whom are incredibly knowledgeable, take pride in their work, and made sure that all of my concerns and questions were answered. The quality workmanship and neatness of the final product definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition to the quality work that they did, all three made sure to give me periodic updates on how the job was progressing. At the end of the installation, which by the way, was a full day ahead of schedule, the team took me through the various components of my new system and answered all of my operating and maintenance questions. Once again, I cannot say enough good about the people at Grasshopper. They were courteous, informative, and respectful of me and my home. As an aside, all of the technicians that came to my home made sure to practice COVID-19 safety precautions. PS: Kevin, I've decided to name the boiler Cyrus.

  On April 15, 2022, I had my boiler replaced by Grasshopper. I was aware that my old boiler was getting up there in age and had a very limited time left. Alex came on a Saturday two weeks ago and diagnosed the issue. It could be fixed for a substantial amount of money(due to the part cost which was well over $1000). He was incredibly professional and personable. He did an excellent job of diagnosis and showed me issues the would inevitably be the end of my boiler in short order. Long story short, I needed a new unit. He couldn’t have been nicer delivering the sad news. Upon my recovering from sticker shock for a new unit, he and someone who works on the office side helped me with pricing and partial financing on a Saturday. The woman who I spoke to in the office couldn’t have been nicer. Today was my installation date and Aaron and Dylon came and spent well over 9 hours here with another technician Kevin, whom arrived shortly after. All three were great! They did superb work. Very clean. All three of them couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They were here all day working. Only a very short break to stuff some food in their bellies for a quick lunch which I believe they did in shifts to expedite the installation. I will use Grasshopper again for sure. Prices are what they are right now. They did everything they could to work with me and do a quality job. These guys really like the company they work for and it shows. I can’t express enough how nice everyone I dealt with was.

  Grasshopper Heating & Cooling did a great job installing our new furnace and AC systems. They were able to get us scheduled quickly so that we did not have to go without heat for long in the bitter cold weather we were experiencing. Christian was able to diagnose the issue with our furnace, answer all my questions, and get us details on a new furnace quickly. Aaron DeJesus did a great job leading the install team. Tyler and Rob were great as well. They all did very professional work, they were tidy, and they worked quickly. They answered every question and got our house warmed up again in a hurry! Thank you!
