In December we had a propane fireplace insert installed by Granville and were so pleased with the service that a month later made the decision to have a second wood burning insert installed . I contacted Granville via email for a quote and an estimated time for install without response. Another email sent but decided to go to the store same day. Met with a sales person named Dave who seemed totally uninterested and told us that he didn’t think the regency was available even though advertised on the web site and other regency dealers. We left...sent a couple of emails to Justin and my husband called an spoke to him. Last time about a month ago with a promise that he would “get back to us” NOTHING! The his is not a great representation of good business and buying local. I get more interest and service from Amazon! I am very interested in talking to The owner of this business Ned Jenkins It would seem as though an owner would want to know the lack of interest in our money being spent there. In reading previous reviews I see this as a trend of perhaps having all the business you want

Even with COVID causing a slow down in service, I have been frustrated beyond belief at having to wait 6 weeks to have my stove serviced when it won't run. Ravelli stove manuals offer little to no information on doing anything except cleaning the burn chamber. Most everything else is "call a technician". So, I called 5 times in 3 weeks and was just put off, and finally I was told it was 6 to 8 weeks out for service. No one called me back. That's poor customer service at best. So if you but a stove here, you better have a reliable back up heat source if you get a Ravelli because you will need their service. I've had a few issues with the Ravelli, but I really wish I found a store that would help me out when I have a problem.
