  We were assigned Grant's by our home warranty company, and they did such good work. Prompt the first day they arrived to check it, and checked back on it and called us within just a couple days to confirm we needed a new unit. The warranty company provided the unit, and shipping to Grant's took about 2 1/2 weeks, but Grant's was very on top of it and kept us 100% informed the entire time we were waiting. They really had it planned and figured out, and scheduled our install the second they had the unit. It is all done and well, and working like a charm. They hauled off the old unit and did not make a mess of the yard at all. Very impressed with the communication, reliability, professionalism, and quality. Will absolutely use again if the need arises.

  Grant’s Electric was referred to us through our home warranty company. They were out the next day and quickly identified the problem with our AC unit and ordered the parts. Crew was courteous and professional. We also used them to replace an electric sub panel in our basement, their prices were more than fair. By far the best HVAC company and electricians we have used in Hopkinsville.

  American Home Shield made the referral for replacing the master bedroom fan, outdoor outlet, exterior doorbell, and kitchen light casing. Jacob and Ralph were the electricians assigned to the job. They were professional. The items work and the fan looks great! Darcy always answers when calling and is really a great communicator. I recommend their services and they travel to Paris, TN!
