  Grande Aire is ultimately the very best air conditioning company I have ever had the pleasure of having service all of my repairs and install new equipment when needed, as well as perform my annual twice a year maintenance for my A/C system. This company and its expert staff are extremely professional in every aspect. Starting from the very first time you call and speak with the Becky, she will adeptly and personally make sure to direct your call to the right technician to address your needs, concerns and problems and always when necessary, she will consult with their manager John who will make reliable recommendations to assure that you will receive the right parts, systems and a highly trained technician to assure that you will receive the very best service, as he is very much hands-on and does everything professionally possible to find and incorporate the most accurate and state-of-the-art solutions. They respond as soon as possible every time I call as they are available to help and are on call on a 24-hour 7 day a week basis, as well as handle emergency situations in the timeliest manner possible. I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied or pleased with Grande Aire. They are simply the very best.

  I am so grateful to Grande Aire and their staff (Becky (Office), John (Service Manager) and Chris (Technician) for helping to resolve my issue while I was away. They were pleasant to deal with and their responsiveness and competence immediately reduced my stress level. As well, their pricing was very reasonable!! My thermostat suddenly stopped functioning the night before I was leaving for several weeks. It was in October and my concern was the impact of the intense humidity combined with no air conditioning. I called the company that had just serviced the air conditioner in June and that had replaced the thermostat just 18 months prior. They were very inflexible and although I had a plan with them, the potential costs they quoted were significant because the plan did not cover the thermostat. Even though the thermostat was still under warranty, they could not guarantee it's replacement wouldn't incur costs (labour and handling). Grande Aire handled the replacement of the thermostat, and dealt with the manufacturer directly and just made it simple and easy for me. They give the impression that they all love their jobs and enjoy helping their clients. Thanks again to Becky, John and Chris!

  Cannot say enough good things about Grande Aire. First of all, their service contract is such a great value (highly recommend), they are prompt when I call them with an emergency and I always have the same techs..which is a bonus because I have a complex 3 system house and zone systems. I switched to them many years ago and the owner personally came out and changed the design of our system & duct work so it would work more efficiently. They pride themselves in their customer service and they have a lot to brag about..because they deliver it and stand behind their work 100%.
