  I have been a customer of Grande Aire for many years. They have always provided great customer service. I have called on weekends when there was a problem with the system, and a technician has always arrived in a timely manner and taken care of the problem. I have also had a service agreement with them for years, and their office staff and techs that schedule and do the maintenance work have been excellent. I recently had a new air conditioner/ heating system installed, and the existing ductwork in the attic re-configured. Working with Tim Reynolds, sales, and the installers (Josh and Bill) was an absolute pleasure. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that I understood how to work the new thermostat. When we were going to have 1-evening with no air conditioning, Tim brought over a portable unit to place in the master bedroom for the night. Tim has gone above and beyond by reaching out to me after the installation with registration and rebate information. In a world where it seems that no one follows through, Grande Aire is certainly a rare find.

  Extremely pleased with the service we received from NICK / Grande Aire, when he came to go over our new washing machine. Since I wasn’t here when the washer and dryer were installed, I had several questions. NICK was very patient and could clearly tell me what I’d been doing wrong. If we ever have questions about our washer / dryer, I’ll definitely request NICK: professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

  Our old air conditioner was not cooling anymore. we tried to have it repaired by refilling with freon , but that was not the problem. Robert Ring came to our home , we discussed the problems we had with the old air conditioner, and Robert was very helpful and informative in making recommendations that would be the best air conditioner for our home. We placed our order on a Thursday and Grand Air technicians, Nick and Spencer came the following Wednesday to install the new unit. They worked very carefully and were very respectful of our home and had the old units out and the new units in, and had every thing cleaned up in about five hours.. I can't thank the whole Grand Aire team enough for their speedy service, respect for us and our home. We would recommend Grand Aire for any air conditioning needs you may have.
