  Andy Gramer provided excellent service to us! Our landscapers cut a wire to our AC (and didn't even tell us)...we didn't notice the AC had an issue until later in the evening. I called the number on the thermostat expecting to leave a message but to my surprise Andy answered. He took the time to walk me through a potential temporary fix on the phone since it was late. He worked us into his schedule and showed up on time with no issue. He quickly fixed the issue for us. We will not hesitate to call Andy again in the future...we could not be more pleased with the service he gave us!!

  I received a great verbal quote from them and they seemed knowledgeable and helpful. However, since then I have not received ANY response back when trying to schedule them to come out and install an AC unit. I've tried emailing, calling and leaving voicemails and texts. If this is how they are before they've even installed, I'd hate to see what happens when someone has a problem. Would not recommend!

  Andy is just awesome. He did an excellent job repairing my AC, and gas fire place. Very reasonably priced for the job he did. Outstanding.
