  One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee struggled to operate a basic web browser and subsequently had to login twice. And even though I told him exactly what part I was looking for, he couldn’t find it. I was able to pull up the part number on Grainger’s website faster than he could, however, even with the part number he couldn’t find it.Finally, in the time it took him to fumble through looking up our account I located the part at another retailer. Outdated business model… Outdated employees.

  You can NOT call a local Grainger dealer. They will ONLY send you to a call center. (no matter which Grainger number you call) Where did the days of LOCAL sales people go????? I specifically again asked can I please have a number for a local sales person and was told that the local stores do not accept calls but that the call center can check inventory.
