  My heat pump was down because of a leak. I called this company on a Monday and they told me they would fix my unit Thursday and to call him when I left work. I did just that and in addition I left work a little early so he would have more time before it got to dark. After calling and telling him I was on my way home he said he would be there in half an hour. 10 min later he calls me back and said for me to call Backers heating and air because he had had a bad day and forgot his service truck and didn't have the equipment he needed. Save your time and call Backers first. They will be there!
