  Having recently moved to Florida I wasn’t sure who to call when my A/C quit working. I decided to call the company that had installed it (contact information was on a sticker on the unit) and I’m glad I did. The technician that came arrived at the beginning of the two hour window I was given. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was familiar with my unit because he’s been the one doing the routine maintenance. He gave me good tips on simple maintenance tasks I can perform to keep things running smoothly, which was so helpful because I’ve never had central air conditioning before. Great experience! I highly recommend Graham’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

  Was not given an estimate on replacing thermostat. Overcharged at 250.00for it Plus some additional 50$ to process a warranty on the capacitor changed out. Holes in wall. Never use again unless a estimate offered. Poor business practices which we are seeing more and more.

  I had them out for a couple times to do some AC maintenance. Their service was fine, but they won't stop calling me about special pricing, even though I have asked to be on their do no call list several times. I would use them again in the future, but I don't want soliciting calls.
