  Arrived at my house only an hour after I made my appointment, before my appointment window! Could not have been more pleased. Receptionist was incredibly helpful and gave me full confidence in the service that I would be receiving. Technician was very kind, courteous and quick! Price was much lower than I anticipated. Will definitely use for future services and recommend highly!

  The service of the technician was GREAT. He did not over charge for what he did. I thought it was a problem with the thermostat, but I had turned off the furnace by accident. He flipped the switch and it right up. So he cleaned the furnace and checked it out to make sure it worked well.

  They came out and completed some work for me when my furnace was making a loud noise. Replaced the blower and did something with the wiring. Two days later, my fuse is busted and it stops working completely. Had an HVAC specialist look at it and he stated the wires on the board had not been reconnected correctly. Corrected wires and replaced fuse. A few days later noticed Gough charged my card twice. Amount was refunded to me a week later, and i was charged for same amount a month later. (Why do they still have my card number laying around) All around untrustworthy. I have used Axburg in the past with happy results and I regret listening to someone who recommended gough.

  Good Afternoon Laura, We apologize you are unsatisfied with our service. We do not keep card information laying around, as we shred it immediately after use. Your transaction was processed the next business day and we only have one authorization number associated with your account. We also did not charge you again a month later. We would love to also speak to you further about your second call you stated you had, as our service work does come with a warranty and we stand behind all of our work.
