The entire team at Gore was professional and efficient. Nick walked me through every step of the process to remove and replace my gas fireplace. I went from a vented firebox to an unvented firebox and it does exactly what I wanted. Heat up the entire house! I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had our gas fireplace looked at for a repair. We were initially told the consultation alone would be $90. The repair person came out and said the logs were too old to be repaired. He was very professional and quoted us what the replacement would start and and then didn't even charge for coming out. Highly recommend and will use them for the replacement.
