They were able to come out the same day I called. I got a text when the tech,  was on the way. It included his picture and a short bio. It made me feel safer knowing who to look for. Michael was friendly, professional and fast! He took time to show me what was going on and what to look for in the future.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service had their technician come to.my home to perform the winter tune up l have with my maintenance contract.and his customer service was phenomenal! As usual Michael called me in advance when he was 10mins away. While in my home he performed his checklist and answered any questions and was done with this maintenance within a half hour. I’m enormously overwhelmed with the integrity of this company. Our master bedroom was too hot and we wanted to assess the AC options. Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service came by prompt, realized one of our vents was closed, opened it and endorsed we install blinds to cut the heat, then re-assess before spending money on a new system. We had an excellent experience with Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service.  Our AC was not working properly.  Within one hour of our call, a service person arrived and diagnosed the problem.  Within two hours, a team was on the scene repairing the evaporate cooling coil system.  Although it was a Saturday, there was no weekend premium charge.

I never feel like they're trying to get us to pay for unnecessary services or making up problems like another heating/ac company we've had. Michael was our most recent tech and he was fantastic. The furnace in one of my units was acting up. It would turn on for a few seconds and then go off again, over and over. I saw Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was pretty close by, and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Upon arrival, Jimmy was very polite. He expeditiously determined that the furnace sensor just needed to be cleaned. It all took less than 30 mins to fix. Simply amazing!!
