  The worker is skilled at his job, but 1. Did not wear a mask (even though that was a request made); 2. Shone his flashlight directly in my face--twice--when I tried talking to him; 3. Kept playing "hide and seek" to extend his time in my basement--eventually found him on my front porch on his phone; 4. Random charge of over $100 for "flushing the pipe line" which they listed as "Labor Level 3 tech" to justify a charge, except to inform me that he had to come twice to my home (which, I am sure, is included in the bill); Hopefully, I won't have to use their services again, but the other choices are worse.
