  spent close to $20k on new heating and air conditioning system with this company. The heating system broke down in February 2022 during cold stretch. When i called for service, the people at Goodrich refused my request because i did not buy my propane from them. At a time when i needed them most, they decided to tell me about their policy of no propane-no service. Bad business all around. Goodrich looks bad, made my contractor who recommended them look bad. i do not recommend doing business with this company.

  We have been using them for many, many years and they are GREAT! Always right there when we need them. They are friendly from the office staff to the drivers and repairmen. I don't know that we would trust anyone else to be so reliable and affordable. We never heard the same accolades regarding other competitors. Goodrich Oil is the best!

  Have used this company for so many years I cant even remember not having them. Always extremely prompt and courteous service. They go above and beyond. Great competitive rates. Great people in the office and driver/delivery as well as service & maintenance. I would and have recommended them on many occasions.
