  Went to Goodman's only needing a couple fittings and refrigerant for a job I was doing myself and was helped out tremendously by Mary and the gentleman that worked there to help me with those things I would have only found going into Waco. Very friendly and knowledgeable in their field.

  Chad came out to visit my old package unit on Lake Limestone. Replaced a couple of capacitors and the transformer bringing the air conditioner back to life just in time for Spring. Excellent pricing and did not push to replace the system. Honest and competent service.

  3 weeks ago I called to have them send someone out to look at everything we needed done. It took me calling them back 2 more times after that to have someone come out. Before the person left, they told me they'd have my quote ready on the following Monday and would give me a call. I never received the call or quote. I called back that Thursday to get the quote and was told they would call me back. A full week went by and I never received the call. I've since contacted Wisdom Electric to do the work and in less than a week I have a scheduled appointment tomorrow morning to have the work done. Communication from Goodmans is poor at best.
