  Goodberlot treated us right! They arrived to appointments right on time, called us with any updates we needed, sent professionals to our home, walked us through our options, and installed our new heater ASAP so that we were warm again as soon as possible.   After very careful consideration, we decided to have a mini-split air conditioning system installed. My fear was all of the dust involved. Our home has plaster walls as opposed to drywall. I was terrified that drilling through plaster in six of our rooms as well as the adjoining closets would leave my house in a cloud of dust. Everything had to be removed from the closets and the rest of the house was covered with plastic. I planned to have the house deep cleaned after the project was over. Lucky for us, Andy sent over Jason and his helper Chris. We are positive Jason is the best possible installer. He's hardworking and knowledgeable. His measurements are exact and the units are mounted perfectly. Both Jason and Chris were very respectful of our home. They put down drop clothes, wore shoe coverings and conducted the work very professionally. To our surprise there was almost NO DUST. Jason told me he would work as carefully as possible to not fill my home with large amounts of dirt. He was AMAZING! All areas were cleaned up and a vacuum used to minimize dust. We could not have hand picked a better installer. Even the work Chris and Jason did outside is very professional. I never needed to hire a cleaning service. Getting our mini-split system installed was a totally positive experience and much easier than we imagined. I would give Jason 10 stars for the work he did! We are very satisfied customers!   The Office staff contacts us to schedule service and are very friendly and helpful. Repair techs and service tech are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always ontime and responsive. Replaced a ejection pit pump, made sure my problem was taken care of within a few hours. Very responsive to my problem. Great business to work with. Last A/C PM tech was Dean G. He was very methodical in his process of a basic PM. I was impressed in his process. He was friendly, easy to talk with and treated me and my property with respect. I would welcome him back anytime to do my PMs. Thank you Dean G.
