Great service from beginning to end! I had Gold Star come to perform a check-up on my heater. The guy on the phone was patient while helping find a date and time that worked with my schedule. I received a text before the service tech had arrived, it included a link which provided the name, work background, and photo on the tech who would arrive. Taylor Reid was our tech. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he would be checking and why, and later briefed my wife and I on how our system was doing. Fantastic service!

The Goldstar rep did an excellent job determining the problem with our heating system, communicating the problem, our options, pricing and timing. Shane is highly experienced, knowledgeable and patient. The crew that came to install a new furnace were excellent as well. They worked time efficiently, collaboratively and communicated well with us during the process. We didn’t have heat in as couple of cold nights so they got the job done quickly. We got a better heating system at a fair price.

Tyler did an excellent job. He was very pleasant & explained everything he was going to do in terms that was easily understood. He took before and after pictures of his work which was very helpful. I would recommend Gold Star Services without hesitation. Their customer service is outstanding.
