  PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SERVICE: Our family has been utilizing Goins Heating & Air Conditioning for several years. When contacting them, Ann at the office has a friendly and professional attitude. She treats the customer respectfully and assures all customers are prioritized according to their needs. Our service tech, Eddie, was very professional. He communicated before the service call, arriving on time and as scheduled. He diagnosed the issue promptly and performed the repair timely. Goins carries a quality product line. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They have an excellent track record, which gives you confidence and trust, unlike some companies that are here today, gone tomorrow. Overall, we are grateful, happy and satisfied Goins customers!

  This is a great company. We ended up needing a new unit and they were very prompt about making that happen. The installers were very professional and polite we would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks again Goins we truly appreciate y'all.

  Timely response to an emergency situation ( it was freezing!). Excellent installation on a replacement gas/ pack. Would highly recommend them!
