  Our upstairs AC unit would blow cold in the morning and overnight when temps were lower but wouldn't blow cold during the day when the temps are higher. Our appointment time got pushed up because the technician, Casey, was available to come sooner which was great. Casey was super professional, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue (burned out wire) in no time. After he left, Mike (with Global HVAC) promptly gave us a follow up call to make sure everything went fine, which I really appreciate. Great customer service all around and will definitely use Global HVAC again!

  The owner contacted me immediately to schedule a house call and was very polite. The representative was very professional. We asked questions and he was able to get to the root of our AC issue and explained everything. The representative worked quick and in a timely manner and very cordial. I would definitely recommend Global HVAC and use them again.
