Gary was very knowledgeable and walked me through the maintenance that was completed and the cleaning that was completed. He even took before and after pictures. He also showed me the power that my compressor is using every time my it comes on and offered a part that would help as well as help with my electric bill. He offered other services as well. He took the time to explain everything.

Gary provided the quote and some follow up information. Charles and another tech (my bad that I can’t recall his name) did excellent work installing a new HVAC system. Everyone from Global Cooling that I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I feel confident that we paid a fair price for a good system - and secure that Global Cooling can help us maintain it for many years to come.

Our AC went out yesterday and I was able to get the first available appointment today from Global Cooling. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional and explained issues he found with my unit then fixed the problem in less than an hour. While I love the service and speed, the cost was a bit excessive. ($320 to replace a capacitor in the external unit that costs less than $50)

I have been a customer for 10 years now and have always had exceptional service.  Replacing my old A/C system went smooth as silk.  Eight yours start to finish.  We were provided with a portable A/C in house unit to tide us over until the system arrived. Would definately recommend.

We had air conditioning issues in February and Global Cooling’s great team of service technicians helped us resolve the situation.

From Gary staying late one night after a long day of calls to perform tests to identify the true issue with the air conditioner.

From Marcos and Charles being thorough and efficient installing the new air conditioner.

To Marcos coming back to do a follow up on the air conditioner to make sure everything was continuing to run smoothly.
