  Tech came out quickly, was given 2 estimates...1 for cleaning of furnace/ac ($300) and another for replacement ($1500). Tech suggested less expensive option and we just started using furnace. Works great!! Many companies would have suggested replacement so thankful for Glacier reps honesty.

  We were new to the area and called a local HVAC to maintenance our heat pump. We used this company - for the first and last time. They replaced a capacitor on the unit - in addition to some other work from a clean up perspective. We noticed noise last Friday afternoon - called them Saturday - no answer, not able to leave a message. We called again on Monday and were told that we were 1 DAY past our 1 year warranty. A DAY - so they would send someone out for a price - when they could. We went to Amazon and paid less then 1/3 of the price for the same - brand new - capacitor. We will change it ourselves. Good grief - A DAY!!!!!

  I have used Glacier twice in the last 6 months. One for repairing broken thermostat & recently for replacing AC capacitor. Both times Andy was on time, worked in a timely manner, was polite, wore shoes covers when entering. Service fees within reason. He also had a mask but didn't use since we kept our distance. Would call again if I had any problems with heater/cooler in my townhouse.
