Had to fix their work from both occasions they serviced my house. Tried to keep them in good favor because they were initially responsive but while disputing a charge they said would not appear, they charged my card without approval after three months of no communication. When disputed they altered the guarantee of previous conversations and defended the workmanship that had left me without water. Thank you to Google for helping me fix their mistakes and warn others.

I had a power outage and then a brownout. The repairman had to come out twice, once on a "holiday" Saturday just before Christmas. I was very pleased with the service, and the repairman was a very accommodating young man and was done quickly.

Honestly these guys probably deserve 5 stars but I went with 4 for a reason. I've had Ginop's at my house multiple times in the last 5 years. ( Old furnace barely hanging on.) There's 2 reasons why I wouldn't rate higher. 1: the last time they where here, they had a trainee and a professional. The trainee did everything.. which took extra time because he's learning. But they charged me for 2 professionals @ $85/hr each. I don't think is right paying that wage for someone to take longer than necessary, to learn a new task on my dime if you will. 2: they we here 4 times in 2 month period about 3 years back. 15 minutes each time but your still charged the minimum 1 HR of labor which I completely understand. But one time after hours I had the issue. ( Ginop's doesn't provide 24hr service) so I called another local HVAC company.. that specialist had furnace up and running in 10 minutes. He showed me what was tripping and how to reset it. His comment was " instead of paying someone every 2 weeks just do this and save some money". Ginop's seems to need the clients, and has only profit in mind, but in there defense there a for profit company. But there's other family run HVAC specialists in the area that seem more client oriented and helpful.
