Junior, Ryan, and Julian had arrived to my home and I knew I choose the right company for the job. I needed my whole HVAC system replaced, and from me calling, setting up the appointment, to the job getting done was straight forward and simple. As mentioned, Junior, Ryan, and Julian did an amazing job, ran me through everything, and answered my questions while doing the job. Clearly professionals and experts at their job and most importantly just your everyday people that you feel comfortable to talk to which is important when having people work on your house. I would recommend this company just for the techs alone from my experience with them. Price was also good compared to the other local companies around.

Everyone I spoke with at Gideon from the top down, were top notch. We needed to replace complete heat pump system on second floor and all ductwork on the third floor on Topsail Island. Bryan, Jr and Anthony were super detailed and professional. Highly recommend this company.

Last Aug. we had part of a ceiling collapse due to a leak caused by a severe condensation problem in our main upstairs AC duct. We had a problem getting Gideon (our regular HVAC service provider) to respond to us (There is a lot of building going on here and all of the service trades are swamped or just unavailable.). When Gideon was able to send someone to us, they definitely sent the right man. Fabian, the service tech, completely rewrapped our main duct line and replaced the main feed line from the AC unit. He did this in a very confined space (we have cathedral ceilings). He worked hard in a small, cramped, warm space for eight hours. He was friendly and professional the entire time. He did no damage to the ceiling beyond what the water caused. He was joined for the last hour or so by Elijah, who also worked hard and handled himself very professionally. They fixed our problem; and did so at a very reasonable price. We also would like to thank Jacob, an AC service tech, who was instrumental in getting our duct repair service request moved forward in the system.
