The technician was very pleasant,  knowledgeable and solved my problem in an expeditious manner. It was an extra bonus to watch the grandfather passing knowledge to his grandson. Would definitely call them again.

Will NEVER call them again. Jacked me out of 69$. Part was never ordered because I ended up not needing it. Even have the receipt for it and doesn't want to reimburse me. Ended up fixing my fridge and putting it back together myself. Useless. Not helpful at all. Do Not Call Them.!

Highly recommend Gibson's Appliance Repair.  Pleasant  attitude, respectful and polite consideration.  I would like to thank the family owned business for the fine job of fixing my dryer.

Gentlemen was very rude. Though they were quick in coming his professional demeanor on the phone was a 1… Told me he would call before he came the first time and didn’t just showed up. Quoted me a price then told me he would call before they came the second time and didn’t. Charged me $20 more than he quoted me without telling me. The refrigerator worked for 2 days and then stopped working again and I lost all my groceries. His voice mail is full and you can’t leave a message and he rarely answers his phone. I asked for my money back and they said no and they would try to come back to look at it in 4 days after the holiday weekend. I normally do not leave bad reviews but he was extremely unprofessional and just not nice! I never received an invoice either of what was actually done.

No option for no star. FYI: DO NOT CALL GIBSON APPLIANCE FOR ANY GAS LEAK. No matter where it is rather on your appliance or not. He sends kids that are not even out of high school or barely out. They didn't even know how to use the gas detector. Said a service call was $45 and before they left I owed $79. Said they tightened a fitting. Really? But yet I still have a gas leak. I called Gibson back the next morning he said he was too busy and that I need to call Ameren to find the leak and that he would come back Monday. Ok why did I pay $79. I called them to find a leak and fix it and it still wasn't done so they try and lay the responsibility on Ameren. Well they fixed my problem. Thanks to Ameren. Never to recommend Gibson ever. They owe me my money for something they did not do but said they did. The gas leak was in the line that I saw them check with the gas meter. But they didn't know how to use it. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. LET THEM FINISH SCHOOL FIRST.
