  I have an elderly aunt and uncle who live in the Chicago area, still in their own home, and their furnace suddenly went out over the weekend, and since they are not very tech savvy, I quickly went to work calling local HVAC companies in the area. Giant HVAC were the quickest to respond, and they were out the very same day to repair their furnace, so they wouldn't freeze in their home... Their speedy and friendly customer service is top notch, and I would highly recommend them to other westside and northside Chicago residents! They even proudly serve local small businesses HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration needs too.

  I really must say, they are prompt, professional, courteous, they clean up after they are done. I had 3 other estimates before I called them, they weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive either. When I checked them out they have excellent ratings and reviews. They are licensed,bonded&Insured. They have a AAA member of the BBB. Their response time was amazing, The Service Manager James told me that the furnace could be fixed but because of the repair cost and all the water damage, that it probably isn't worth fixing, the furnace I had was 23 years old, and yes it did have alot of water damage. So instead of fixing it and having to worry about the next break down, I opted for a new furnace. These guys do excellent work, I would recommend them to everybody I know. They are trustworthy and reliable. I have dealt with a few contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that they are the best, hands down. Art.B.

  When you need your refrigeration repaired at your store, or an entirely whole new refrigeration system, turn to Giant HVAC in Chicago, IL for your refrigeration needs, they offer same day service too! Our grocery store had 2 systems that suddenly went out on us, and we called this company, and they came out right away, prepared to offer diagnostics and, ultimately, found us 2 new systems and installed it for us in a timely and speedy manner, and we were back up and running promptly too. We are forever grateful to them, they are quite the hidden gem of the Chicago area. If your store's refrigeration system needs repaired or replaced, definitely get a hold of Giant HVAC, they are remarkable, affordable and their team is very experienced and they truly care about and understand the needs of small businesses.
