  You will not find a company more dedicated to making sure you get the best deal, best equipment, and best service. Randy and team are the best. We are so pleased with our new HVAC system. It runs great and they had it installed in one day! Highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!!!

  I contacted them on December 24th, 2020 and was told I would be attended to on Dec. 28th. That day came and went. It is now January 15th and have left numerous voicemail with no response on a phone that states it is "Randy with Giant City Heating & Cooling." Very unprofessional and unreliable.
