We needed extensive upgrading to our system and their extensive knowledge about commercial systems helped us decide to heavily invest in a new system that would be more dependable and provide cost savings on our electric bill. It has been a few months now and we are seeing savings. I also appreciate the service after the sale, which is the most important thing to me. I recommend Gessner at every opportunity.

Signed up and paid for "deluxe membership (Fall and Spring clean and check)" service for two units. The contract included 16 specific cleaning and inspection items as well as filter replacement. The tech was in and out in 20 minutes. He carried what looked like a cleaner spray bottle, no tools. Not sure how he completed 16 checks on two systems in 20 minutes. Also did not replace filters. Said he would be back in a couple days to replace but it's been 10 days and counting and no filters. Poor service. Find someone else.
