I have been buying oil from Gerner Energy for 5 years. Ever time I called and asked for a delivery it was a very pleasant conversation. They always take the time to educated me on my tank and notify me the best time to purchase oil. I am involved in purchasing oil for the company so I am very aware of the prices. Gerner Energy has always given the best prices for my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been with Gerner Energy since buying our home in 2018. We are fortunate that our actual interaction with them is limited, because they provide seamless service and thorough, effective communication about rates and updates via email. We rely on them to service and clean our furnace annually, and to make sure we are cozy warm in the winter without interruption. When we do need to reach out to them they are available and responsive, offering answers to questions, solutions to problems, and polite service. They are forthright about rate changes, and take responsibility for their team. I am grateful to have a vendor that I can trust and count on to keep my family safe and warm. Thanks!

Kip and all the crew members from Gerner are friendly, very responsive and their prices often beat local competitors. I chose them for my heating Oil supplier because I grew up in the Zone and it’s important for me to support local businesses. You don’t get specialty service or the care from larger companies that Gerner Energy has been providing me for three years..well done.
