  This is a terrific company. Clear communication from start to finish by the office, salesman, and installers. The salesman, Tom, emailed me proposals of the air conditioners based on my home needs. The install team is very professional, on time and cleaned as they worked. I will use George M Hill and Sons, Inc for all air conditioner needs.

  Technician was dispatched to determine why my compressor was not cycling on and off normally. A/C compressor was staying on continually and would not shut off. Technician did check standard parameters and turned system back on and indicated problem was solved. Within one hour I called GMH services and told them issue was not resolved. They never called me back or offered to do further analysis or schedule another appointment. Disappointed - no follow up. I went online and searched ''AC compressor wont cycle off '' It turns out sometimes insects get trapped in the contactor switch at the outside unit. I turned off the power supply removed the access panel and removed insect residue and unit has run fine ever since. Eventually I did replace the contactor switch with a unit that has an insect cover. I got no resolution, no repair, and no follow up, but they still want $92 dollars for the visit. Ended up fixing it myself.

  We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our completion notes did not have any follow-up. However, we listened to an after-hour call (6:30 PM) you had with the tech that originally came out and that if you had an issue you would call the office the next day. We see your payment was never processed and I would offer you your money back due to you not being satisfied we will credit it to your account which will zero out your account. We are addressing the team that answers the calls after hours to assure we do not drop issues with clients like this.

  Heat didn't work last night, and of course it's Friday, and the coldest day of the year is forecast for Sunday. I call office at 8:15 in the morning and to my surprise, they have someone out there before 10:00. He checks the thermostat, then goes under the house, Determine the issue (clogged Drain line) clears line, house starts warming up immediately. Takes next hour to check out the system to make sure he didn't miss anything (this is a high level of quality control), and is done and out by 11:30. Simple service call, less than $100, and we will not freeze during the weekend. Very please with Danny and GM Hill.
