  Carson came out and made sure I had heat until the unit thawed out. Really great service. Would definitely recommend Genstar.

  The customer service agent Allen was great and care about his customers and worked hard to meet your needs. The company prices are a little too expensive but that’s no fault of Allen’s. I do think Genstar is a good company. Allen Thanks for trying very hard to meet our needs, things just were a little too expensive and also working with our credit issues.
