  Generous Heating And Cooling is certainly my trusted company for any A/C needs. From my first call to the AC installation - everyone was professional, detailed and friendly. I needed a new AC and the salesman explained everything in a detail I could understand. The following day, the technicians were at my house installing the A/C. They were on time, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to handle the install. Would not hesitate to contact them again.

  We highly recommend Generous Heating And Cooling. They replaced our AC and Furnace (which are in the 3rd floor attic) about 2 years ago, were polite and professional, and we have been very pleased with the product and the service. Recently we were trying a self install of a WiFi thermostat and got stuck. A call quickly identified what needed to be done. However, changes to the electrical wiring in the furnace were necessary and we were hesitant to do them ourselves. Amazingly, they were able to make time and stop by about 30 minutes later and make the wiring change and our new thermostat was working!

  Joe came even early after a courteous call to confirm it was ok. Arrived to provide a job estimate for replacement of gas hot water heater. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Left me very confident with Generous Heating And Cooling proposed work. Also said install could be done same day On the morning I called.
