  Jacob with General Sheet Metal was great. He changed out our condensation pump, cleaned out the line and serviced our heater. He was polite, courteous and answered all my questions. He also told me about the maintenance program which I signed up for.

  We arrived to a cold office and called General Sheet Metal. A tech was quickly onsite. Jacob was friendly and knowledgeable. Although we were able to restart the furnace before the tech arrived. Jacob looked at the furnace with care and found the possible issue. After the maintenance was completed, Jacob made sure the furnace was running up to par before leaving. TERRIFIC technician service!!

  Replaced two furnaces. Adapted new furnaces to existing duct work. Reconnected Furnaces to gas and electricity. They completed job ahead of the scheduled time using two technician. The quality of work was excellent.
