  I was unfortunately forced to shop here to get our septic back up and functioning again. When I arrived I was so disoriented on where to go and get help as there is no real organization of parts and merchandise layout or direction of service. Parts are just everywhere. When I began walking around to find my way I passed by an employee and kept a glance at him so as to get his attention but he completely ignored me. I had to call for him as he walked away and when he turned around you would have thought I was an alien with the look on his face. I asked him how to get help as I had never been there before. He points to an inconspicuous area near a building and says “that’s the entrance” I proceed to enter the building and found a counter inside, what felt like I was walking up to a bar to order drinks. The area at the counter was unfortunately full of merchandise i almost tripped over it. Looking for an employee to help me I waited as the employees talked to each other and laughed and joked and took their time while customers were waiting. No sense of need to be timely in their transacting. Finally, an employee called in my direction and lucky me it was the man who was not the best customer greeter. I asked for the part I was looking for and the man looked at me like he had not ever heard of septic distribution boxes. I happened to glance at his shirt that said “Underground Expert”… I was highly confused as he acted like he never seen underground before. As I explained further, I mentioned I had thought of other ways to make a solution and he proceeded to mock and condescend me as if he knew better and I wasn’t a value to him because I was a private DIY customer and wasn’t a contractor. I wanted to leave but needed the part so, even though their computer system wasn’t working, which was highly inconvenient, as I had to leave and get cash and return, they were throwing random prices in the air which seemed extremely unprofessional. When I left, I realized they didn’t make sure I had all part needed to make the part I purchased, work. Needles to say, never going back …
