  Was in a bind for some ductwork material , Mike the sales person was very helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted and what they had in stock. My order was pulled and ready when I arrived. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient. Had to return later this afternoon and Flyod was very helpful as well.

  I found the part I needed online, but figured I would check a local business to see if they had one. They had to order it, but quoted me the same price as online. I figured I would take the tax hit and support local. Part came in two days later then quoted, was $78 instead of $60, and cost $14.80 to ship that no one mentioned. Two stars because the part appears to be right, but won’t know for sure until I put it in since they kept the old one. I’ll buy online next time.
