Total jerks! He looked me up and down, and didn't believe me when I told him I was a contractor! Is this because I was a Woman?? There was no offer to help! Just attitude, all I needed was a filter! But he refused to HELP ME!
Response from the owner
Nikki, we understand that you visited our local branch today. We are an HVAC distributor that only sells to licensed contractors due to the safety implications when something is installed incorrectly. I hope you can appreciate that we are looking out for yours and other safety from the sometimes hazardous equipment that we sell. We would be happy to refer you to a licensed local contractor that can support your HVAC needs. Thank you, Geary Pacific

Horrible customer service, extremely rude and disrespectful just for calling and asking a question. When I called they answered and said “hold” when they answered after a 10 minute hold, I was asked what I wanted and when she said it was not in stock, she talks over me and says “thank you” and “goodbye I can’t help you” and hangs up. Couldn’t get 2 words in. That is not how you treat brand new customers and it says a lot about the company.

Will, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. This is not how we want any of our customers to be treated. If you would like to with our Director of Customer Service please give us a call at 714-279-2950 and we would like to help make this situation right. Thank you, Geary Pacific Supply

Two stars for the decent pricing. Very slow service Everytime I go here I end up waiting 30 minutes in the lobby. (Usually I'm the only one here not very busy) The younger gentlemen with a beard was quite rude. I purchased a couple 4 tone ac units. (One wasn't the right unit so I had to drive back took me several hours) I ended up needing a new manifold. So I drove back for the third time.(I should have gone to home depot or anywhere else) I had an install to do with another HVAC technician. They denied me parts because my ac I just purchased was on my friend's account. I gave them my buddy's name. (No number my phone was dead) after spending several thousands of dollars and driving several hours I got shot down again. I was Denied simple parts I could have gotten at a hardware store. I purchased the units myself not my buddy. Apparently my money's only good here if I'm spending a large amount. Don't waste your time.
