  I wouldn’t use this company. I was told they would be able to fix my system only for months later to be called back and told my business isn’t important enough to them. They were very unprofessional waited for weeks for callbacks wouldn’t risk them working on your unit they’ll probably messed it up and cost you more money

  Jordan, It is unfortunate that we are unable to work on your homemade outdoor wood stove for safety and insurance reasons. We do not know how your unit was put together, how it works, or any of the safety features installed. I understand being told that we are not able to help you is very frustrating, especially on top of the stress from your system not working properly, but leaving a bad review full of false information doesn't do anyone any good and is quite uncalled for. When you first contacted our company on January 24th, we wrote you up a service call and believed we could help you, as we do work on most heating equipment. Upon discussing your job with with the owner, Scott, and found that we do not work on homemade units or any units without a UL listing. We called you today, February 10th, to notify you of this. While longer than our typical contact on this type of update, I don't believe that 17 calendar days from first contact to now would equate anywhere near 'months.' We also did NOT ever mention your business not being unimportant, in fact, - we simply stated the above information, that we discussed your job with the owner and that we unfortunately do not work on homemade units. I'd also like that note that your assumptions on our quality of work can't be further from reality! We always strive for excellence on every job, from start to finish. We apologize for the longer than normal wait to hear that we cannot work on your homemade boiler and do hope that you are able to find someone to help.

  Repair/install gas line and pilot light to water heater; install new furnace. I had called about 10 companies in the Harrisville area to get this service performed. Gauthier were the only ones who called back, and their service was impeccable. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, consistent. The price was very fair. I will always use them as long as I live in this area!

  Had no issues. Scott came for an estimate and promptly scheduled the installation. Split AC unit installed in one day and my house has never been more comfortable in the summer. Good, clean, professional install. Most importantly really cool!!
