  My furnace broke the first time on 12/8 and they came out faster then expected. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to correct my issue that night. The furnace broke down a second time on 12/30 with a completely different issue. I was able to diagnose it myself and the tech that called me very fast didn't waist my time or money by coming out. He knew they didn't have the part on the van so he set up for a call the next day when they could get the part. I will be using them 100% of the time, due to the way I was treated by the techs.

  Our furnace was down recently, (the coldest day, of course), I called these folks, and they went out of their way to keep us away from the "after hours" rate, and called me back within a half hour to let us know a tech was on the way. Efficient, very friendly and professional service. Furnace was up and running perfectly less than 2 hours later. Many thanks !
