  I had a new air conditioning unit installed in May. It failed inspection 3 times, and has caused a flood in my home twice. I've left more than a dozen phone messages for Gary to call me to see how we can amicably resolve this matter (I spent over $5300 for a new unit that is neither reliable nor efficient). However, he has refused to return my call. This was one of the biggest home "improvement" mistakes I've made. There are a lot of A/C companies out there, I wish I had gone with any of the others. Response to Owner reply 6months after my review. Yes, they have been to my house without charge......more than 10 times. A new unit shouldn't require fixing "issues" on a regular basis.

  Bob and the crew at Gary Air were great. Price was quoted and never changed. The crew was on time, polite, neat, and worked non-stop putting in my new air unit. Bob stayed in contact with me for over 4mos checking in to see how are old unit was holding up. Most of the time in Florida you can't get places to even return your call so that was a breath of fresh air. give them a call you won't be disappointed.

  We use Gary’s Air for our yearly maintenance/cleaning of our units. They have a great 3 year plan that is very reasonable compared to other companies. Tyler was our tech today and he was great. Professional and courteous and on time. He did a great job. I recommend Gary’s!
