This is a great company with excellent repairmen. I have had to have them out for two different things, one electrical and another time for furnace repair (the coldest day of the year!), both times the guys did a quick, complete repair, I have total confidence in their work. I will be contacting them soon to discuss a new furnace. Thanks for having such great repairmen!

I wished I would have rated Garrett and Campbell moths ago when I used them at my office. They replaced and fixed the lights in the lobby. EXCELLENT SERVICE THEN!! NOW LET'S GO TO MY Services this week !! We had no hot water to wash our hands (our "tank less 1/2 gallon water heater broke.) G&C came up with a better system (that cost less than the original system) put it in and it's PERFECT!! So, I was having a person dilemma at home, I purchased a water softener for my house, and discovered that we needed to hire someone to come install it! G&C to the rescue AGAIN !!! I wish that I give could more than 5 Star's !! Michele at the office is just FANTASTIC!! Bobby the technician (plumber/worker B) was FANTASTIC!! I really hope that I won't need there service's in the future, BUT IF I DO I will definitely be calling G &C AGAIN! Thank you guys you are AWESOME!!!!!

I contacted to fix/quote me for a new ac/system. I took off work and after 30 minutes of a no show I called them to see what was going on. They somehow messed the date up so I rescheduled and took another day off. They make it on time this time, put a new part in, charged it, and still wasn't fixed. The guy told me he would go back to the shop and work up a quote to replace the whole system. After days and weeks go by I receive a phone call and they want to send someone else out to get me a quote. At this point I had already sold my house and moved to a different location. Today on January 4 2022, months later after nothing being accomplished I receive a phone call from them stating that I owe them approximately $280. From the very start this whole interaction has been terrible.

I’m sorry your experience was not up to par. I do apologize about the confusion on the scheduling date, possibly a miscommunication. However, our bids are never done by our technicians. They are always done by management, so yes, we would have sent another gentleman out for your bid. Our technician did do the work and he did find a problem with your indoor coil leaking. So yes, there would have been a bill. A bill that has been billed out since September. We have sent out paper invoices and statements since then. We called you today as a courtesy to let you know we would charge your credit card for the past due amount, since you did not make a payment within the time frame of 30 days. We wish you luck in the future and thank you for your business.
