If I could give them negative five stars I would! We had our furnace go out fall of 2020 person came out and repaired it and told us we needed a new breaker it was humming but would work fine. He left didn’t offer to find a breaker. We ordered a breaker and put it in. It was still humming. Still humming. Furnace went out again in December. Then he came out and fixed it again. Same repair guy. Furnace went out again in February right before the super cold we had. He came out after a week. Same repair guy. At that point my husband opened it up and the fittings used in the wires were too small and there was no connections working. My husband called the guy mad. He came out and said “I knew they were too small but I didn’t have the right connectors”. Well why didn’t you go get some that worked? Then my husband started questioning the humming because it wasn’t the breaker. The guy fixed it and started to leave. Furnace was blowing cold air and he didn’t even check it. My husband went outside and told him to come back in. He needed a part so had to leave. He left and never returned a d my husband called him and he said I’ll be back tomorrow. He came back the next day. He didn’t have the parts and had to order some. The guy said he was sick. My husband called the main office the next day because it still wasn’t fixed and the lady told him the guy was off sick so my husband called the guy and he told us he was off sick but he was going to come in his own car and fix it. My husband was gone and I was home. The guy worked in it and then looked at the thermostat and said oh I should have checked this first there is a short in the wire because the jump wire is touching another wire. Furnace stopped making a humming noise and started working again. Three weeks later the furnace went out again. We didn’t call them back because we are done with them! The furnace is not fixed still but it’s summer now so might as well wait till later this summer early fall to try to find someone to fix it right! We are so mad at this company for their unprofessionalism and horrible service! Wish I could get them to do the work they were paid to do!

I have used Garner for the past 10 years. Have always had the best experience with their work. Had used other company's before, but never had confidence in their work. I was told I needed a new air conditioner but I called Garner and they fixed it and have had no problems. That's why i choose Garner! They are in my opinion the best. Fair and honest!
