  Ken is a real Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and prompt. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my A.C. system and fixed it for much much less than any competitor charges. He listens to you and fully explains how the system works and why certain problems occur. It is quite rare to find such an honest and skilled professional in this business.
