  He was called to fix a toilet. It was worse after he left. Totally inoperable. My 91 year old mother has to use a bucket to flush it. I called and spoke with his wife on 10/19 to find out when he was returning to fix it correctly. She said she didn’t know and that he would call to arrange a time to return but was charging again even though he didn’t fix it correctly the first time. He has never called nor returned to fix the toilet. I saw an excellent review fromTyler Wright. This is his friend. So either the review is bogus or he takes cares of his friends but has no time for little old ladies that he does a poor job on
