I have been dealing with these guys since 96 and I must tell you hi have never had a problem. When ever I needed parts the guy that orders parts is highly knowledgeable of getting the right parts. Some parts are just to hard to but he will give it a good try before giving up. Ohh I love the prices too. A plus in my book

Galmiche service person came by and spent two minutes checking out my furnace which wasn't fucntioning and told me it was unsafe to use. The owner came by and tried to sell me a new furnace and an air conditioner, though I had no issues with my air conditioner. I got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with my furnace, I even had Spire come out for a safety check, also confirmed no issues. The furnace is now working. Would not recommend this company.

Galmiche & Sons installed an AC unit in my attic in January 2013, and has been maintaining it ever since. During a recent bathroom remodel, my general contractor discovered that the installation job was very poor. The unit was leaking because it was out of level, causing mold and wood rot. The airflow was poor because the connections to vents were bent. The maintenance was also poor. The filter had not been replaced during the last visit, the door was left off the unit, and the leaking was not noticed. Galmiche offered to remediate these issues, but not to reinstall the system, which other contractors have advised.

Galmiche and Sons installed the system Mr. Argyres is referring to back in 2013 and has done annual maintenance on the system every since.  We have maintained all of Mr. Argyres systems since 2007 with no issues or complaints in the 14 years of service.  Our last maintenance on this system was on 5/12/21 where we noted the system was running properly and no signs of water around the system.  The invoice that Mr. Argyres received stated that he needed to change his filters, in which he never did.  The system started condensing water due to lack of airflow since he never changed his filter.  Galmiche and Sons replace equipment only at his house, we had nothing to do with the existing ductwork in his attic that he claims is giving him poor airflow.  The poor airflow is due to the fact that he failed to replace his filter and it became completely blocked.  Galmiche and Sons offered multiple times by phone and by email to send our top service technician to verify and or rectify any issues that may have arose in the past 9 years, at no cost to Mr. Argyres.  Mr. Argyres unfortunately did not allow us to send anyone to the house to see and or fix any issues.  Galmiche and Sons stands behind its work as we have for the past 71 years and will continue to do so.

They set the appointment with a definite arrival time that was convenient for me.  They called when on the way and arrived on time.  Service was done efficiently,  answering all my questions  - since this home is new to us.  Technician found and quickly solved an unknown problem.  I had a question on the invoice.  Office put me through to someone who was knowledgeable and answered all questions.  We are very happy with galmiche.

Excellent experience. I had a couple of estimates from other companies and requested an estimate for a new AC and Heating system for my home. They gave me a very competitive estimate, scheduled the installation within a week, came when scheduled and their very professional installation team had me up and running by noon. Their office staff was professional and very thorough, they took care of the permits and getting me a rebate from Ameren UE. I could not have been happier with the experience. Highly recommended.

Galmiche & Sons is an Honest, professional, fair priced, family owned company. I wouldn't recommend ANY other HVAC service or company to anyone. If you need your equipment checked up, serviced or you need a whole new set up. It should be your first and last call, you cannot beat the price!
