  Was assigned this company by American Home Shield on Monday 12-28 for non functioning heat pump. Told by AHS to call directly if not contacted by the companyi 24 hours. Contacted company directly on Tuesday 12-29. Was unable to obtain appointment untill Friday 12-31.afternoon. No one showed up, No call or text received to notify of delay, Unable to get response from company by phone or voice mail. Contacted AHS the following day and informed they could not contact company as they were apparently closed. They also would not assign another company until they could contact this company even though temperatures were scheduled to drop to 20's overweekend . As of today, Gaines has still not called. Service now already completed by another HVAC company

  Worst customer service/experience in my life. He does not answer/return calls, unless American Home Shield is involved. Have been without heat for over 2 weeks, with single digit temperatures. Schedules appointments without showing up, without the courtesy to call or even answer/return calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
