  G&S replaced my old furnace & installed a new AC. From the first phone call to the equipment start-up, the entire team was very Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very supportive. We did have one (1) small issue with condensation within the furnace but G&S resolved it in a very timely fashion. The entire team of G&S stayed in touch through the entire process, buy phone, email and text. Very impressive company. We will definitely use G&S in the future for new equipment and service.

  I have a furnace and an air conditioner that are original with my house which was built in the 1960s but I have no reason to buy new ones. Yes, they go on the fritz from time to time but G&S Mechanical has been extremely helpful in getting these up and running again. Tonight the temperature is expected to be - 20 degrees here in Mt. Pleasant. So naturally my furnace stopped working. I called G&S and in no time I was warming up. G&S has been very responsive to my needs and their price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

  Appointments were missed twice. Spent the day waiting on service techs that were never coming. Billed for labor that wasn't done. Paid the bill only to receive a notice two months later that my account was delinquent and would be sent to collections. Five minute phone call and, what do you know, they found my PAID invoice. The only plus was that the service techs were friendly and respectable. Will not deal with this company again.
