  G+S was a downright pleasure to work with. I called for a quote to replace my HVAC and they came out within the day gave me the quote and very detailed information on all my options. Once I decided on what I wanted I called them back and they were able to schedule my install for the next business day. They came out that morning began working installed me a smart thermostat checked everything was working. After install I had a question about functioning and their service manager came right back out walked me using my new thermostat and double checked the work done. I am very satisfied and they have won a new customer for life

  G & S Heating Air Energy Services, are reliable, professional, honest, efficient, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, and very neat clean workers. When you have them in your home you can be sure when they leave it would have to be remodeled like some other companies who fix that problem but create another due to lack of skills or caring. They treat you like family. I am not easy to please and they have my 100% confidence in their abilities give them a try you will too.

  Cliff was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning the coils of the HVAC unit, checked everything out and found the motor start capacitor wasn’t performing as well as it should. He asked if we wanted it replaced or if we wanted to hold off because the part would still work but would make the compressor harder to start. This is an excellent company, quick to respond when there is a problem and I highly recommend them.

  Deb, thank you for the review. It's great to hear how Cliff handled the call. We train our techs to offer up repairs if they see a concern but not to push them on customers. We're not about sell-sell-sell or pushing unnecessary repairs. We try to bring items to the customer's attention and then it's their choice as to where to go from there.
