Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain his findings and what next steps could be including estimates for repairs and for replacing the furnace. We needed next day install of a new furnace after ours quit. It was 26 years old, so it was about time to be replaced. I can't give any valid comment on value or price. It is still winter, so the job had to be done without shopping for a deal. But the job was done professionally, the house is warm again, and everyone is comfortable again.

They were very responsive - I had a tech out in under two hours from my initial call.  He was very professional, explained the issue with pictures of the faulty part, and had it fixed within an hour of stepping in the door.  Pricing was completely transparent and seemed fair. We had G & R install a home humidifier on our furnace.  They gave us a quote of $744.  The humidifier they installed can be purchased on Amazon for $160.  The technician took 1.75 hours to install.  So basically, they charged $325 an hour for labor.  They say they "Bringing Honesty and Integrity to HVAC".  Not my experience.
