  Got the chance to see how this company works from the inside. It's a great crew of guys who take a lot of pride in the work they do. Unlike some of the bigger heating and cooling firms in the area, they don't upsell or do unnecessary repairs to make their bottom line. This is a family-owned small business that relies on word of mouth advertising so they take their reputation seriously. If you're looking for a quality contractor, you can't do any better than these guys.

  Very knowledgeable service person. When they could not solve my problem over the phone, they sent out a tech who replaced a fuse, explained why it was there, why it blew, and how to avoid problems in the future by cleaning the exterior coil. I was very pleased with his helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for heating and ac needs, service, repair, or new installation. I had a furnace service done on December, and he explained how they could not check the ac then due to the temperature.

  Always a great experience when Jorgensen H&C shows up to prepare our home HVAC system for summer and winter use. On time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We'll have them back for next year.
