  We just started using Fusion at the recommendation of two nearby neighbors. We scheduled a normal preventative maintenance appointment this past week and our technician, Bobby, arrived on time. he asked about how our system was functioning for us and then proceeded to the attic and outdoors to do the inspection/cleaning. Within a reasonable amount of time he was finished and provided a detailed report of his findings. Our system was in great condition and he found no problems. I liked the fact that he was willing to explain everything in detail. Sharp tech! I highly recommend Fushion!

  I received a good price for a Mitsubishi mini-split. They came a day early and did an outstanding installation job. I was walked through the operation of the system. They cleaned up inside and outside and just as important, they masked and wore shoe covers inside. I am very satisfied.

  Our upstairs unit stopped producing warm air on a Saturday afternoon as our 2 month old was napping in her bedroom. With both kids bedrooms being upstairs we called Fusion to attempt a fix prior to their bedtimes. Low and behold they had 2 techs come early Saturday evening to get us temporarily fixed with heat. They then had a tech out Monday to find the leak, which turned out to be a cracked coil (2 year old unit). They handled the warranty on the unit and had a new coil installed the following week. Each time the techs were great, on time, professional and kept us up to date. We signed a maintenance contract with Fusion and I have asked for Seth to be my tech each time for continuity (and he's a fellow Wright State Raider), yet I would be happy with any of those who have been to my house. Keep up the great service, and you will have many happy customers.
