  installed my HVAC system 2 years ago and at that time I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. I’ve continued to use them for my semiannual HVAC inspection and have never been disappointed in their work or customer service. They are easily the most professional and customer service-oriented of any business I’ve worked with. I sense they spend a great deal of time in training and developing a strong company value of customer service. They’re just the best.

  This company does a great job. Very helpful and responsive. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong with our appliance and helped us do a cost benefit analysis and make an informed decision. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

  FUSE HVAC &appliance repair was very different. They were the third company we had come out to look at our HVAC system in our new home to give us solutions for inconsistent air flow between a couple of our bedrooms. The other 2 companies basically couldn't help us, and later we realized they gave us very incorrect information anyway, once we did some research. They spent the time to explain exactly what was happening with the way the HVAC system was set up in our home, and detailed various options of what to do about resolving the issues we were having. They implemented the solution we opted for, and all along the way they have been terrific to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good solid quality work and great customer service.
